5G Is Coming.

The evolution of 4G has changed not just the Indian smartphone industry but the whole telecommunication industry as well. From affordable smartphones to affordable tariff plans 4G has made everything possible and day by day things are improvising at a higher speed than it was in the 3G era. The 4G evolution is still in it's build up stage where more infrastructure needs to be developed to improvise the customer service, but the telecom industry is gearing up for the 5G. That is said to be the game changing and will push the growth of a nation way ahead of the competition. But what is 5G and why do we need it now?

4G or you can say for reference Jio has given India a huge push in developing the infrastructure for better communication and high speed internet at an affordable cost and smartphone manufacturers have taken advantage of this pretty well by providing the affordable smartphones. Sounds like a deadly combination!

The 5G is making it's way slowly at the global level and it promises instantaneous transfers of huge amounts of data that will provide major changes to a wide variety of consumer and health products. Smartphone company's are already gearing up themselves for this roll-out by launching the 5G compatible smartphones. But how come one can use the 5G smartphone when we don't have the 5G network? the answer is simple, we have to wait until there's a proper infrastructure being developed for the use of 5G devices.

5G will be noticeably faster than the 4G and will provide a wide array of usage whether it be robotics surgery or faster internet access or higher download speed. However we won't be able to spot the difference at first and also the reach will be limited to certain cities based on the infrastructure development but eventually it'll be worth the wait. While the  previous cellular networks have solely focused on the mobile phones, 5G will be more focused on the internet of things where we'll be having so many devices connected to the internet all at once.

Researchers say it'll be a game changing evolution in the field of self driving cars, or other places where quick responses are needed and 4G just fails to deliver. Because 5G will have low latency networks that means high speed data can be transmitted over the network covering a wide area where information will take less time to travel. It'll be beneficial in the multiplayer gaming also.

However we have to wait until a proper infrastructure is been developed for the 5G roll-out and wish it'll be better than 4G. Till next time stay safe, stay connected and stay updated.
