Stephen Hawking : The Great Physicist Passes Away At Age 76.

What a person could possibly do who is diagnosed with the disease called motor neuron at the of 21 and is expected to live not more than 2 years. You can possibly think of answer like waiting for death to come, But science needed him and so despite of being paralyzed and not able to speak he is known as the one of the greatest physicist, the brightest star in the firmament of science, the man who shaped the modern cosmology and has inspired millions of people around the world, not only with his knowledge but with his attitude towards life, Stephen Hawking is a person who challenged everything that seems mere impossible to do with the paralyzed body.

Professor Stephen William Hawking was born on 8th January 1942 (exactly 300 years after the death of Galileo) in Oxford, England. He was diagnosed with motor neuron diseases at the age of 21 and was told by the doctors that he may not survive for more than 2 years. But he has some unfinished task to do and challenging everything he faced off he did some of the remarkable things in his life that's gonna inspire millions and his work will definitely give a direction to the modern cosmology.

His family member gave the statement “It is with great sadness we announce the death of Professor Stephen Hawking CH CBE FRS FRSA at the age of 76,” the statement reads. “Professor Hawking died peacefully at his home in Cambridge in the early hours of this morning. His family have kindly requested that they be given the time and privacy to mourn his passing, but they would like to thank everyone who has been by Professor Hawking’s side — and supported him — throughout his life.”

He is best known for his book "A brief history of time". Asking about his inability to freely move he once said “My disabilities have not been a significant handicap in my field, which is theoretical physics. Indeed, they have helped me in a way,”.

He even appeared on The Simpsons and an Oscar-winning movie, The Theory of Everything, was made about a period of his life.

The world and science can't fulfill his space. We will miss his forever.
